Vic Dechristofaro finds perfection in Zanesville

5/08 Zanesville – The Niles Ohio resident made a hole in one this May on the fifth at Eaglesticks.  Vic must be quite a player, as we hear he dropped it in from the blue tees.

4/08 Zanesville – Bruno Frabotta made his first career ace at Eaglesticks in Zanesville. Frabotta, from Kirkland, made his one on the fifth hole from the Gold Tees.

Kings Island Ace Starts December with a Bang.

12/7/07 Cincinnati – Andy Horn, Head Golf Professional at The Golf Center at Kings Island reports The Annual Snow Ball Open had one of the most rare golf happens possible. The event is a 5 person Scramble with one local PGA professional in every group. On December 1st Brett Slater aced the West Nine, sixth hole...a par 4. The hole played 310 yards. Slater is the head golf professional at Hickory Woods in Loveland Ohio.

Age, 52 used an L Wedge to make an ace at Pine Ridge CC on the fourth hole.

Junior Ace, by the River!

Ten year old Sam Magness of Coshocton, had a hole in one Wednesday at River Greens Golf Club's number 7 hole. Sam used his five iron for his first ace which was witnessed by his twin brother Jim, and the foursome of Mike Hagans, George Davis, Paul Marlatt and Lee Russell who were standing on the 8th tee.

Ron Craze goes Crazy

Ron A. Craze, of Cuyahoga Falls made an improbable hole in one at Brookledge Golf Course, #14. With all the time Craze spends in Hilton Head at Palmetto Hall, one would have thought his latest ace would have been in golf heaven, Hilton Head! The ace happened on 8/22/07, reports said Ron was headed south to the Salty Dog.

The greatest ace of the year!

Anthony Burbridge of Columbus and a member at Mentel Memorial GC made his first and certainly most memorable ace of the season in Ohio. On August 11 at Champions GC in the first round of the Greater Columbus Amateur Championship Burbridge feathered an 8 iron into the popular front pin location on the 144 yard fifth hole. As the hole sets up, the actual cup is not visible from the tee. Burbridge made a very strong showing in the tournament.

Tartan fan makes Ace

Michael Brady, 29, of Westerville made a hole in one with an 8 iron at New Albany Links. The ace came at #8 from 149 yards on August 10th.

Doh! Bart Kenney finds perfection.

31 year old, Gahanna resident, Bart Kenney used a 7 iron
to make an ace at Airport GC in Columbus. Sevens were wild that day as the ace was made on #7 from 172 yards.

Mike Piper finds Nirvana

Mike Piper was perfect on July 8th at the third hole on King's Mill golf course. He used an 8-iron to make a hole-in-one from 162 yards.

Cotterman Cards One!

June 21 brought us all Summer and Brian Cotterman a little something extra. Cotterman made an ace on #16 at King's Mill from 203 yards with a 5-iron. Congrats, player!
